Writing On Stone Provincial Park

Wendy and I were both bored Sunday mid morning so decided on the spur of the minute to go out to Writing On Stone Park. We woke Jo up and trekked out there for an adventure.

We almost died. Serious. It was SO HOT. Thankfully we packed enough water for the dogs, and found access to the river for them to cool off.

It is a beautiful place though. I had never been there before and it was neat to see all the stones, and the carvings. I took only the girls (the boys got to go to agility in the morning) and of course we had to stop for some photos...
